Secure Payment

You can book an accommodation with us in four steps:

STEP 1: Search

To make a reservation for one of our apartments, hotel rooms or B&B; you search first our portfolio for availablility of accommodations. This is simply done with the search menu above. The site shows you the available accommodations that meet your requirements. Select your desired apartment, hotel or B&B and then press the button RESERVE NOW.

STEP 2: Reservation

On the reservation form you check the details of the accommodation and enter your personal details. Please don’t forget to read carefully the terms and conditions before continuing with the reservation. Once you have finished filling in the data, you can proceed to the payment form.

STEP 3: Payment

In order to reserve the apartment, hotel room or B&B on your behalf you need to make an initial payment. The amount of this payment is 40% of the total price and is listed in the pricing and on the reservation. The amount needs to be paid by means of a credit card or a bank transfer to our bank account. The online transaction will be done in the secure environment of our payment system or by internet banking through your own bank. 6 weeks prior to your arrival you will be reminded to make the outstanding amount of 60%. If at reservation, your arrival date is 6 weeks or less you will need to make a payment of the total amount. If the 60% rest payment is not received within 6 weeks before your arrival, we have the right to cancel your reservation and hold you responsible for the entire amount + all other costs which may occur. Please bear in mind that you also have to give a deposit on your arrival, if you book one of our apartments, this will not be applicable for hotel rooms. The deposit will be returned to you if there is no damage caused to the apartment.

STEP 4: Confirmation

Once we have received the total payment, you will receive the confirmation via e-mail. The days are then reserved for you. The confirmation includes all information regarding your holiday apartment, hotel or B&B. The responsible of the accommodation will receive at the same time a copy of the confirmation so that he/she can prepare for your arrival and stay.
