How do I make a reservation online?
A reservation can be done in a few simple steps. Once you have made a choice, you have to fill in the reservationform and make the online payment. You have the choice to pay the total amount at once or just make a first payement of 40%. 6 weeks prior to your arrival you will receive a reminder to pay the outstanding amount. When the first payment is received, you will receive the confirmation via e-mail. If your arrival is within 6 weeks or less you will be required to make a payment of the total amount. If your payment is not received within the given time period your reservation will be cancelled and you will still be responsible for the entire amount. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can. But with cancellations there are costs involved dependent on the number of days between the notification of cancellation and the arrival date. A change to a reservation costs € 50 administration costs and with a cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total rent. Less than 21 days or without cancellation, the total amount of rent. We encourage our customers to take a travel cancellation insurance. Click on “terms and conditions” for the extensive conditions. Please contact us if you would like to cancel a reservation so that any costs will be limited.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Yes, our website has been secured for online payments. We use the SSL (secure sockets layer) protocol, which ensures a secure online transaction and your details are being protected against violation. Click on ‘credit card’ in the menu to read more about it.
When will I get the confirmation?
Once the online payment is received, we confirm your reservation by e-mail. Your booking will be confirmed for 100% sure once the entire payment has been settled. Please print this e-mail and bring it with you, because the confirmation contains all information you need on arrival.
For how many people should I book?
The price of the accommodation is in some cases determined by the number of people and in other cases it is a fixed price per lodge. This will give us the opportunity to offer you an apartment at an affordable price, even if you come in smaller groups. However, if you use a different number of people staying in the accommodation, then you are always making a reservation for the highest number of people. If you want to reserve for example 4 nights, but you will stay 2 nights with 4 people and 2 nights with 3 people, you need to reserve all nights for 4 people.
What kind of payments do you accept?
For the payments we only accept a credit card and bank transfers.
How do I pay the outstanding amount on arrival?
Upon arrival, you pay the caution in cash or with credit card, unless stated otherwise in the requirements on the page of the apartment.
Do I have to pay for my children?
You just have to pay for children as well. When you make a reservation, you provide us with information about children with the number of guests. A baby cot can be available depending on the accommodations. Do you need a cot? Please indicate it at the time of reservation in the comments.
What is the address and how do I get there?
You will receive the full address in your conformation. Due to privacy reasons, we do not show addresses on the website.
What should I bring?
The accommodations are fully equipped, in some cases linen and towels are provided. The kitchen includes cutlery, plates, glasses, pots and pans. Availability of other devices such as hair dryers and irons depends on the accommodation that you have chosen. You can check on the site what is present here in the apartment, so you just have to bring what is not present. Maybe an extra sheet and/or towels is a good tip.
Do I have to clean?
Before your arrival, the accommodation will be made clean and ready to receive. In addition, you pay extra cleaning costs for the apartment, unless otherwise stated. When you leave the apartment you should return it in a clean situation. Which means including the cleaning of the dishes and other kitchen equipment, and the garbage has to be put outside. For an extra cost, the accommodation can also be cleaned during and before the end of your stay. If you require this service, you can make arrangements at check-in.
Can I bring my dog or cat?
In some apartments pets can be allowed, but many others do not, and this is mentioned in the description of the apartment.
How do I get to the apartment?
You will get the address if your reservation has been paid. In your confirmation you will also find various possibilities of transport such as bus and train.
When do I get the keys?
During the check-in, the keys will be handed over after the apartment has been presented to you and the caution is paid.
How does the check-in works?
The check-in takes place between 14:00 and 19:00 hours and ONLY if you have informed us about your time of arrival. If you arrive later, we need to be informed about it. These times apply only in cases where the accommodation is not occupied the day before. Otherwise, you have to wait until the check-out and the cleaning is done, somewhere in the afternoon.
Can I check-in earlier?
On the day of arrival the departing tenants may check-out on the standard check-out time. The apartment is then at that moment not available yet. You may wish to drop your bags in the apartment only from 11:00 hours but you can only use the apartment after the cleaning. You can then come back in a clean and tidy apartment at the normal check-in time. An earlier check-in is possible, but you need to contact us about this before arrival.
What time do I check-in?
Unless otherwise stated for the apartment, the standard check-in times are between 14:00 and 19:00 hours. For late check-ins and early check-outs extra charges may apply (see the minimum requirements for the accommodation).
What time should I check-out?
The standard check-out times are listed at the apartment and should be respected. The standard check-out time is usually around 10:30 o’clock in the morning. If you want to leave earlier than you need to inform us about this on arrival. Remember that if you leave before 08:00 in the morning extra costs can be charged depending on the chosen apartment.
Can I check-out later?
For the last day, there is no guarantee that you can check out later. This is because other people can check-in the same day. To be sure that you can freely check out later, you can book an extra day, or you can use different baggage services at one of the train stations.
Can I change my reservation?
It is important to remember that changes to the reservation, after the reservation is confirmed, would be considered as a cancellation of the original booking. If you want a change, the deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new reservation. If you want to change the number of persons than that is possible. You pay for less people the same amount as the original reservation. When more people will arrive than you need to pay extra for the number of people on arrival. By changing the number of nights we charge an extra fee of € 50. However, for fewer nights you will pay the same amount as for the original reservation and for more nights you pay the extra nights on arrival. Changes to the reservations need to be communicated to us by e-mail.
Do you have airport pick-up service?
Yes, we do have airport pick-up service at an extra fee. Please contact us by email if you wish to be picked up from the airport. Taxis and public transport are also widely available. Can I pay by credit card upon arrival?
Yes, upon arrival you can always pay the deposit in cash or credit card, unless there is another payment listed on the page of the apartment. You should keep in mind that there will be no check-in without giving the deposit.
